The Portsmouth Neighborhood Association is supporting the goal of neighbors knowing each other by offering a limited number of microgrants for block parties held in Portsmouth that are registered with the City of Portland’s Bureau of Transportation. More information and application form.
Portsmouth Neighborhood Association Community Sponsorship
The Portsmouth Neighborhood Association (PNA) has a small amount of funds available to support events and programs in Portsmouth that benefit our community and help increase awareness of the PNA and its activities. We are particularly interested in programs that engage previously underserved members of our community.
